玻璃纖維注漿錨桿技術

1、前言
近年來，隨著地下工程的大量建設，機械化施工程度不斷提高，新技術、新工藝陸續被國內眾多工程所采用。玻璃纖維注漿錨桿作為國內新引進的隧道“新意法”施工工法的配套技術已受到隧道工程界的廣泛關注。
玻璃纖維注漿錨桿的主要組成為玻璃纖維增強聚合物，材料的性能取決于纖維和聚合物的類型及橫斷面形狀等，所以玻璃纖維材料的性能具有靈活多變的特點，能適合不同工程的特殊要求。
玻璃纖維注漿錨桿具有以下特點：
1.可挖除。地下工程中采用玻璃纖維注漿錨桿預加固后的地段，開挖機械（盾構機、單臂掘進機、銑挖機等）可直接挖除通過，為實現隧道的機械化高效施工提供了可靠保證；
2.桿體全段錨固，錨注結合。玻璃纖維錨桿配合分段注漿管注漿，不但為桿體全段提供錨固力，同時加固了桿周巖體；
3.強度高、重量輕。高性能的玻璃纖維錨桿的抗拉強度可達到鋼質錨桿的1.5倍；重量為同種規格鋼質錨桿的1/4~1/5；
4.安全性好。防靜電、阻燃、高度抗腐蝕、耐酸堿、耐低溫等優點；滿足地下工程安全生產的要求。

1 Introduction
