2002年橋梁工作總結(jié)
一、 萬(wàn)梁路橋梁2002年施工部位:
1、 范家院大橋6號(hào)臺(tái)砌體;
2、 范家院大橋0、6號(hào)臺(tái)臺(tái)背回填;
3、 嵐埡口大橋99片20M空心板梁制安;
4、 嵐埡口大橋臺(tái)背回填;
5、 嵐埡口大橋防撞護(hù)欄、橋面鋪裝;
6、 作坊灣大橋3號(hào)墩蓋梁;
7、 作坊灣大橋0號(hào)臺(tái)臺(tái)背回填;
8、 作坊灣大橋40片40M T型梁制安;
9、 作坊灣大橋防撞護(hù)欄、濕接縫、橋面連續(xù);
10、 人行天橋1座。
二、 主要施工工藝:
20M空心板梁和40M T型梁制安是比較重要的施工工藝。
一) 工藝:
1、 扎筋→2、固定波紋管、穿鋼絞線→3、支模→4、澆筑砼→5、張拉→6、灌漿封錨→7、移梁吊安
二) 方法:
主要是鋼絞線的張拉控制、-4%下坡架梁。

9, Workshop Bay Bridge crash barrier, wet seams, continuous deck;
10, a pedestrian bridge.
Second, the main construction technology:
20M 40M T hollow beam and girder system security is more important construction technology.
1) process:
1, bar-bar → 2, the fixed bellows, through strand → 3, formwork → 4, pouring concrete → 5, tension → 6, filling sealing anchor → 7, moving beam crane safety
2) Method:
Mainly strand tension control, -4% downhill girder.
