    一、設計依據
根據部頒標準《公路瀝青路面施工技術規范》（JTJ032-94）、《公路工程集料試驗規程》（JTJ058-2000）、《公路工程瀝青及瀝青混合料試驗規程》（JTJ052-2000）、《江蘇省高速公路瀝青路面AK-13型上面層施工指導意見(試行稿)》以及省高指有關技術文件進行瀝青路面上面層目標配合比設計。集料的級配標準和馬歇爾試驗技術標準見表1、表2：
