標(biāo)段全長(zhǎng)693.607 m。分為地面道路、排水與高架橋三部分。高架橋?yàn)楠?dú)柱或雙柱單幅橋，
橋長(zhǎng)為693.607m；地面道路為道路改造工程，即梅東路~空軍醫(yī)院區(qū)段拓寬至50m，沙
河涌橋亦相應(yīng)擴(kuò)寬；排水工程包括雨水管和污水管。

二、質(zhì)量計(jì)劃范圍
本質(zhì)量計(jì)劃僅適用于內(nèi)環(huán)路放射線黃埔大道二標(biāo)段工程。
三、工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量目標(biāo)
推行全面質(zhì)量管理，工程一次成優(yōu)，創(chuàng)優(yōu)良樣板工程。工程質(zhì)量達(dá)到：
1、分項(xiàng)工程合格率100%，優(yōu)良率95%；
2、單位工程竣工質(zhì)量?jī)?yōu)良；
3、創(chuàng)無(wú)質(zhì)量通病工程，杜絕重大質(zhì)量事故。
四、質(zhì)量控制原則
1、堅(jiān)持“百年大計(jì)，質(zhì)量第一”的原則。
