高樓渡槽及溢流堰單位工程施工總結報告.doc

§1  工程概況

一、 工程布置
高樓渡槽，位于高樓鄉高三村至下澤村之間，自進口至出口，原設計全長1281.41M，后因進出口地質原因，直峰架隧洞出口退后20M和下澤隧洞進口退后4M進洞，并將總干1+894.86至總干1+914.86和3+190.22至3+200改為明洞，因此全線長改為1295.36，自總干1+894.86至總干3+190.22。后因政策原因，將總干2+737.42—2+797.12段改為高樓倒虹吸，因此高樓渡槽實際全長為1235.66M。其進口與直峰架隧洞相接，出口與下澤隧洞相連，其中明洞段長20M，進口連接段長26.56M，槽身段長1233.8M(含59.7M長的高樓倒虹吸)，出口段長15M。渡槽設計流量36M3/S，加大流量39M3/S，坡降1/1500。進口槽身底高程16.44M，出口槽身底高程15.62M。
二、 槽身結構
槽身由59節槽身、59條仲縮縫和59節槽身蓋板組成。槽身采用400#預應力砼簡支梁結構，跨度19.9M。槽型為有拉桿加肋矩形槽，寬5.1M，高4.8M，邊墻厚30CM，底板厚25CM，肋寬30CM，肋高70CM。預應力采用后張法施工，每側邊墻底部設一根10Φj15.24的270K級鋼絞線束,其標準強度σyb=1860Mpa，錨下控制應力σkb=1209Mpa，張拉端采用XM-10錨具固定，固定端采用軋花錨固，525#水泥灌漿封孔。
三、 支承結構
支承結構采用鉆孔灌注樁和排架二種形式。原

2, Aqueduct
