    安福縣安下至文家10.4公里被省公路局2002年10號(hào)     文批準(zhǔn)立項(xiàng)，路線按三級(jí)公路標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行改善路基寬8.5米，路面寬7米，路基土石方139367m3，涵洞557m/50道，小橋3座/20，中橋3座/124.426m,厚15cm填隙碎石墊層17117m2 ，厚16cm填隙碎石墊層56249m2，厚19cm填隙碎石墊層6902m2 ，水泥穩(wěn)定砂礫基層13155m3，封層78218m2，瀝青表面處治2190m3。2002年省路局20號(hào)文批準(zhǔn)土石方、橋涵施工圖設(shè)計(jì)及經(jīng)費(fèi)批復(fù)，總投資額為280.46萬元，該線全長(zhǎng)10.4公里,起始與安福縣泰山鄉(xiāng)安下村，終于泰山鄉(xiāng)文家村，沿途經(jīng)過安下村、泰山村、南沙村、文家村。該項(xiàng)目的土地征用、房屋拆遷和土石方工程款由地方配套，橋涵，由省公路局負(fù)責(zé)貸款，2002年由于分局未下放到地方，所以土方
