安�？h安下至田心6公里被吉安市計(jì)委2003年列為老區(qū)公路建設(shè)項(xiàng)目，2003年市計(jì)委對該工程進(jìn)行設(shè)審，并在同年吉路工字[2003]46號文批準(zhǔn)施工圖紙?jiān)O(shè)計(jì)及經(jīng)費(fèi)批復(fù)。路基土石方41809m3，厚18cm砂礫墊層29772m2，厚16cm水泥穩(wěn)定砂礫基層26887m2，厚0.5cm瀝青下封層26887m2, 厚3cm瀝青碎石23882m2,Ф50cm圓管涵141m,1—2.5m蓋板涵5m,防護(hù)工程擋土墻153.4m3。該路線設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為山嶺重丘四級公路路基寬為4.5米，路面寬3.5米。
該工程項(xiàng)目經(jīng)吉安市公路局研究決定安田線老區(qū)公路建設(shè)項(xiàng)目施工由安福公路分局承擔(dān)，安福公路分局根據(jù)市局的決定，積極組織精兵強(qiáng)將，由分局工會主席羅樹生擔(dān)任該項(xiàng)目的負(fù)責(zé)人，制訂出施工方案和組織設(shè)計(jì)，在2003年9月進(jìn)駐工地開始施工，在同年12月中旬工程竣工，通過主管部門的初驗(yàn)和復(fù)驗(yàn)，該工程項(xiàng)目評定為合格工程。
