        施 工 技 術 總 結

        一、工程概況
        新湖路(北段)市政工程,地處寶安新中心區。是由寶安區城市建設投資發展公司興建,寶安區市政工程設計院設計,深圳市全安建設監理有限公司監理,深圳市華僑建筑工程公司第一分公司承建。
        施工起點樁號0+060(X22353.464、Y96064.100)、終點樁號0+728.15(X21902.083、Y96556.643),全長668.15m,工程預算造價2997萬元。
        工程自1995年   月   日開始施工,但由于其他原因在中途于1996年   月   日暫停施工。之后在2000年   月   日由建設單位組織,重新簽訂承包合同,于2000年9月8日灰復動工,并在2002年10月1日按優良工程正式完成。
        二、工程地質地貌特征
        本工程施工路段原始地貌為潮間帶,后經人工圍成若干魚塘。塘底高程為0.00m~0.8m,水深約為1.0m,塘埂高程2.0m~3.5m。施工段內除塘埂及水域區外,其中在0+150處有一條橫穿路基的河道(咸水涌)。而0+060~0+120段全部被人工棄淤覆蓋,高程在2.3m~3.8m。
        地質構造經鉆探揭示,自上而下分為:
        1、人工填土:分布于塘埂、路堤和0+060~0+120段,厚度1.5m~3.8m。
        2、淤泥:海相沉積,黑色、灰黑色、厚度在4.7m~7.9m之間,平均厚度6.3m左右。
        3、沖洪積粘土層:位于淤泥層以下,黃褐色等雜色,可塑狀,平均厚度0.7m。
        4、淤泥質中粗砂:最大厚度7.9m,呈飽和,松散至稍密狀態,灰色及灰黑色。
        5、中粗砂層:黃灰、灰白色、飽和、中密狀態,全路段均有分布。具低壓縮性,使其強度大幅度提高,滿足路基下臥要求。
        三、工程設計概況
        1、本道路設計等級為城市一級次干道,設計時速40km/h,設計荷載等級為行車道BZZ-100型標準車。設計年限為交通量達到飽和狀態的所限15年,路面結構達到臨界使用狀態的年限30年。
        2、道路設計為單幅路橫斷面,總路幅寬度50m,即停車道21m+人行道2×2m+綠化帶2×6.3m+外邊人行道2×6.2m。
        3、道路地基處理分別采用換填塊石處理和插塑料排水板動力強夯固結法處理。處理范圍寬度60m。動力排水固結段地基處理后交工的面高程為2.6m,處理后剩余沉降量≤15cm,縱橫向100m沉降差≤10cm,交工面承載力≥100Kpa。換填塊石段地基的處理后交工面高程為3.1m。
        4、路面設計為剛性路面,結構組合從上而下分別為:
        a、C35商品砼混凝土面層,厚24cm。
        b、6%水泥穩定石粉渣基層,厚20cm。
        c、4%水泥穩定石粉渣底基層,厚15cm。
        5、人行道設計為:
        40cm×40cm×5cm彩色人行道板磚;
        M7.5水泥砂漿找平層,厚2cm;
        6%水泥石粉渣穩定層,厚15cm;
        6、雨、污水管(渠)道設計:
        a、雨水管采用D500(Ⅱ級)鋼筋承插式砼管,埋深1.9m~2.2m。
        b、雨水渠為鋼筋砼底板、磚砌墻、預制鋼筋砼蓋板、結構尺寸為1.5m×1.5m、1.5m×1.4m、1.5m×1.2m。埋設深度在
