施工技術總結
 
一、工程概況
千禧鵲橋、田園橋、花橋、余慶橋、萬壽龜橋及增加的引橋，是水上街市吉慶廣場工程的組成部分，是聯系各境點及各境區之間的走廊。由深圳市海上田園風光旅游開發公司興建、東南大學建筑設計院設計、寶安監理公司監理、深圳市華僑建筑工程公司承建施工。橋身主體為鋼筋混凝土結構，基礎以φ550水泥攪拌樁為支承點在上設獨立條型鋼筋砼承臺，橋高4.8m，橋長分別7m～12m，寬度m3.6～12m，五座橋總工程造價為136萬元。
本五座橋工程于2001年9月10日相繼開工，并于2001年12月5日全部完工，歷時95天，工程質量達到優良。

二、施工管理及組織
我公司根據業主的使用要求，本著以主人翁的精神，以目標統攬全局，以經濟承包為杠桿進行精心組織、科學管理，建立一個權限明確、責任清晰、分項細致、要求嚴格、高效率的管理組織機構和素質過硬的專業施工隊伍，其形式和投入的主要人員及機械設備如下：
