        B橋處理施工總結(jié)

        深圳市海上田園B橋處理工程在深圳市海上田園風光建設(shè)指揮部、深圳市寶安區(qū)建設(shè)監(jiān)理公司、中南市政設(shè)計院、區(qū)質(zhì)檢站等相關(guān)部門的大力支持下,我公司現(xiàn)已圓滿的完成了該橋的就位于加固等處理工作。

        一、工程概況
        深圳市海上田園B橋處理工程位于海上田園區(qū)內(nèi),是密林區(qū)至園區(qū)大門方向的主要通道,橫跨蘆花湖,橋長約40m、寬10.0m。橋墩偏移的主要原因地質(zhì)條件差,淤泥深達7.0m,橋頭回填方擠壓使橋墩偏位,為了解決橋墩移位,特請鐵科院與中南市政設(shè)計院到現(xiàn)場查看,并提出相關(guān)的解決方案與施工圖,施工圖紙要求拆卸橋頭回填土方,校正橋墩進行加固,橋頭兩側(cè)回填輕質(zhì)材料(EPS板),恢復路基。

        二、施工情況
        根據(jù)中南市政設(shè)計院施工圖紙進行加固處理,在該橋兩側(cè)即上下游河床采用砂袋圍堰抽水,待水抽排干后清理河槽底,橋頭兩側(cè)滑動土采用機械開挖土方自由卸車外運,其中南側(cè)挖方長41.5m、寬16.0m,北側(cè)挖方23.5m、寬16.0m,兩側(cè)挖土方2047m3,人工清理淤泥416m3,回填EPS輕質(zhì)材料與石粉1870m3,原土回填607m3。
        滑動土卸出后,于兩側(cè)校正借力復位樁,用采φ25mm鋼絲繩(抗拉力不小于150KN),一端套在復位樁的液壓式千斤頂,另一端套在橋墩的偏移墩上,慢慢加壓千斤頂進行復位。復位垂直線使用經(jīng)緯儀進行定位控制,待橋墩完全就位后,河槽底(橋下)
