 1  范圍
    本工藝標準適用于架空線路水泥電桿上的路燈安裝工程。

    2  施工準備
    2.1  材料要求：
    2.1.1  所采用的設備、器材及材料應符合國家現行技術標準的規定，并應有產品質量合格證。設備應有銘牌。
    2.1.2  燈具：
    2.1.2.1  配件應齊全，無機械損傷、變形、油漆剝落、燈罩破裂等現象。
    2.1.2.2  燈頭線截面不應小于：銅線椧?.0mm2；鋁線棗2.5mm2。
    2.1.3  針式絕緣子：
    2.1.3.1  瓷件與鐵件應結合緊密，鐵件鍍鋅良好。
    2.1.3.2  瓷釉光滑，無裂紋、缺釉、斑點、燒痕、氣泡或瓷釉燒壞等缺陷。
    2.1.3.3  嚴禁使用硫磺澆灌的絕緣子。
    2.1.4  絕緣導線：
    2.1.4.1  不應有扭絞、死彎、斷裂及絕緣層破損等缺陷。
    2.1.4.2  引下線截面不應小于：銅線棗1.5m
1 Scope
    This technology is applicable to concrete poles for overhead lines on the street lamp installation.

    2 construction preparation
    2.1 Material Requirements:

    2.1.3 Pin Insulator:
    2.1.3.1 ceramics should be closely combined with iron, galvanized iron good.
    2.1.3.2 enamel smooth, no cracks, missing glaze spots, burn marks, defects such as bubbles or glaze burn.
    2.1.3.3 Do not use sulfur water in the insulator.
    2.1.4 insulated wire:
    2.1.4.1 should not be twisted, dead bending, breakage and insulation damage and other defects.
    2.1.4.2 deflectors section should not be less than: copper dates 1.5m
