交底內容：
1、本工程管道施工采用墊塊法。
2、溝槽開挖完畢后，進行槽底整平夯實，若有地下水，則鋪一層12cm后的毛石墊層并砂漿灌縫。
3、槽底整平后，用經(jīng)緯儀定出管線的中心線，并打下控制樁�？刂茦堕g距不得大于15m。
3、在控制樁上測放高程，掛雙線施工，頂線用以控制高程，側線用以控制直順度。
4、雨水管道為鋼筋砼承插接口，內徑為D400，施工時采用人工下管。
5、管道對接時，大口應朝向上游，并將承插口表面清理干凈。
6、管道對接后，調節(jié)接口的環(huán)向間隙，使之均勻。并檢查管道的高程及直順度，符合設計要求，方可進行管道的接口工作。
7、承插口結構如下圖所示：

8、填塞砂漿采用干硬性1:1水泥砂漿，三角灰抹口砂漿采用1:2.5水泥砂漿。
9、砂漿應填塞密實，首先在承口底部墊一層砂漿，然后將插口插入，填塞干硬性水泥砂漿，并用木條搗實，管節(jié)間隙內搗實后，外部抹三角帶。
10、接口施工完畢后，應注意管節(jié)接口的養(yǎng)生，用草袋覆蓋并灑水，不得出現(xiàn)裂縫現(xiàn)象。
11、溝槽安裝完畢后，再澆筑管道基礎。
