施工員交底內(nèi)容:
1、在項目經(jīng)理的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，負(fù)責(zé)施工單位工程(施工區(qū)域)的安全生產(chǎn)管理工作。
2、貫徹執(zhí)行安全技術(shù)規(guī)程和措施。
3、經(jīng)常檢查工人執(zhí)行安全操作規(guī)程的情況，堅決制止不顧人身安全、違章冒險蠻干的行為。
4、參加施工隊組織的安全檢查，對負(fù)責(zé)施工的單位工程的問題要及時負(fù)責(zé)整改。
5、發(fā)生工傷事故后，要及時保護(hù)現(xiàn)場，及時向上級報告，維護(hù)好傷員，參加事故處理，并做好工傷事故登記表，認(rèn)真貫徹防范措施。
6、貫徹ISO9002質(zhì)量體系，堅決執(zhí)行本工程質(zhì)量保證計劃，使各項質(zhì)量保證措施得以真正落實。
7、在施工過程中，認(rèn)真貫徹執(zhí)行有關(guān)的專業(yè)技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和設(shè)計文件，嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行技術(shù)操作規(guī)程、驗收規(guī)范和質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
8、嚴(yán)格控制挖土深度，嚴(yán)禁超挖，第一層挖土深度為－4.5米,即支撐梁底標(biāo)高,嚴(yán)格控制地下連續(xù)墻墻頂位移。
9、支撐系統(tǒng)圈梁截面為1200*800,主支撐梁截面為800*1000,八字梁截面為800*600,嚴(yán)格控制支撐梁的截面
