交底內容：
1、本標段采用排水固結施工的路段約2.25km，排水板采用C型，截面尺寸100×4.5mm，間距1.0~1.6m,梅花形布置，要求打穿軟土進入砂層0.5m以上，當軟土層超過24.5m時，排水板深度按25m控制,具樁號劃分及布置見附圖。
2、場地清理完成后，對于一般路段，首先攤鋪水平排水砂墊層，接著進行塑料插板施工，而后進行路基施工；對于遇水塘路段，首先砌筑攔水圍堰，吹填砂至常水位以上50cm，然后攤鋪水平排水砂墊層，進行塑料插板施工。
3、塑料排水板采用套筒式施工，插設完成后的排水板伸出排水墊層20cm.，塑料排水板需要接長時，必須采用濾膜內芯板平搭接的方式，搭接長度不得小于200mm。嚴格控制回帶長度，不得超過500mm,否則要在附近補打，回帶的根數應控制在總打設根據數5%以內。
4、塑料排水板在插入地基的過程中應保證排水板不扭曲，透水膜不被撕破和污染。并且排水板底應有可靠的錨固措施，以免在抽出保護套管時，將其帶出。
5、塑料排水板插入好后應及時將露出砂墊層的部分切斷，并將它保護好，以防因打樁機移動、車輛的進出或者下雨損壞而降低排水效果。
6、施工前塑料排水板應堆放在現場并加以適當的的覆蓋以防暴露
