水泥穩定級配碎石(石屑)基層技術交底
本施工段車行道采用厚15cm 碎石墊層,在路床檢驗合格后施工。基墊層上鋪設厚15cm4%水泥穩定石屑下基層。再在基上鋪設30cm6%水泥穩定級配碎石基層;人行道無墊層,要20cm4水泥穩定石屑層%。
一、材料
1、水泥采用普通硅酸鹽水泥、礦碴硅酸鹽水泥,終凝時間在6小時以上。要有出廠合格證和廠家的化驗報告。使用需要按規定進行檢驗;
2、碎石壓碎值不大于30%,有機質含量不超過2%,最大粒徑不超過31.5mm 不含或少含土;
3、水采用自來水。工程開工前,將擬用的材料樣品委托實驗室進行混合料組成設計,并將結果報告監理工程師審批。在未開始鋪筑水泥穩定碎石面基層至少28天前,先在監理工程師批準的地點試鋪一段800m2的試驗路段。
試驗路段試驗方案包括用不同設備類型及技術,不同的壓實方法,認真檢驗所采用的設備能滿足備料、拌和、攤鋪和壓實最合適的方案。并確實次數、層厚、含水量、干密度等,據此指導施工。
二、施工工藝
1、拌和
在現場設攪拌站,機械攪拌。先檢查水泥、碎石、石屑、水是否符合規范規定。配合比嚴格控制,確保拌和料達到最佳含水量。
2、攤鋪
按設計厚度放出橫斷面標高,分層攤鋪,攤鋪用機械進行,機械無法到達的部位,用工攤鋪,蛙式打夯機夯實。
3、碾壓
攤鋪整平后,立即碾壓。應先輕后重,先邊后中,先慢后快的原則,并在水泥終凝前完成。即先用8T壓路機碾壓2遍,再用12T壓路機碾

Second, construction technology
1, mixing
