水泥土攪拌樁技術交底

水泥土攪拌樁在橋臺臺后60米范圍內采用。樁徑55сm樁間距1.2~1.8米，梅花形布置，樁應穿過淤泥層0.5米當淤泥層厚度大于16米時，樁長按16米控制。
  一、材料：
     水泥采用普通硅酸鹽水泥，強度32..5必須有出廠合格證和化驗單，并按規范實驗。水采用自來水或經化驗合格的河水。
  二、施工工藝
1、 場地準備。清除地表雜土、腐植土、壓實。
2、 測量定位。按設計要求的間距測放樁位。如要變更設計樁位，需經設計、監理同意。
3、 試樁
先按不同的地質段進行試樁，以掌握現場的成樁參數，拒此指導施工，試樁數不少于5根
4、 根據各段設計樁長，對鉆桿用油漆做好標記，以便掌握鉆進的深度。
5、 樁機定位對中，調正導軌的垂直度。
6、 預拌下沉到設計深度。
7、 提升噴漿攪拌。開啟灰漿泵將水泥漿壓入路基土中，邊噴漿邊旋轉，邊按試樁確定的提升速度提升攪拌機，停漿面比設計樁頂標高高出50сm。
8、 重復上、下攪拌，共四拌兩噴。
9、 清洗。向集料斗中注適量的清水，開啟灰漿泵，將管路中殘存的水泥漿清洗干凈，清除攪拌頭上的土。
