1 砼配合比及攪拌
1.1 施工前必須對砼路面用的砂、石、水泥鋼筋等原材料取樣試驗分析，并通過試驗得出
砼配合比數據報告；同時復核平面和高程，檢查模板位置和高程，使之符合國家有關標準、
規范的規定。
1.2 施工前必須對砼路面基層進行復查，各項技術指標均應合符國家標準、規范的規定。
1.3 材料要求
1.3.1 水泥：水泥進場必須有產品合格證及化驗單，并對品種、標號、包裝、出石日期進
行檢查，不同標號、廠牌、品種、出廠日期的水泥不能混合堆放和混合使用，出廠日期超過
三個月或受潮水泥須經試驗確定標號。
1.3.2 砂：應采用潔凈、堅硬、符合級配要求，細度模數在2.5 能上能下的中、粗砂；條
件限制時可采用含泥量不于2%的細砂。
1.3.3 碎（礫）石：質地堅硬無風化，符合級配要求，最大粒徑不超過40mm，其余指標
均應符合有關的規定。
1.3.4 混凝土攪拌及養護用水應采用清潔飲用水或經化驗符合要求之水源。
1.3.5 外加劑：應按規定選用，并應經配合比試驗符合要求后方可使用。
1.3.6 砼、板及鋼筋：品種、規格要符合設計要求；鋼筋應順直、無裂傷、刻痕，表面油
污及銹蝕應清除。
1.4 混凝土的配合比應通過計算及試驗室試配確定，其水灰比不大于0.50，單位水泥用量
不小于300kg/m3，塌落度宜為10-25mm。施工中應測定現場骨料的含水率，將A concrete mix and mixing
