交底內(nèi)容：
1. 本處理地段攪拌樁樁徑Ф600mm（攪拌鉆頭不小于Ф600mm），設(shè)計(jì)樁長(zhǎng)不等，樁底進(jìn)入土體持力層0.5~1m，單樁承載力不少于120KN；施工時(shí)，樁底高程不高于設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)高，樁頂高程不低于設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)高；行車道樁距為1.2×1.2m，按等邊三角形梅花型排列，經(jīng)處理后的復(fù)合地基承載力120Kpa；人行道樁距為1.5×1.5 m，按等邊三角形梅花型排列。
2. 制漿采用32.5R普通硅酸鹽水泥，漿液水灰比為0.4~0.5。為增加攪拌樁的早期強(qiáng)度，按水泥用量的0.05%添加三乙醇胺。制備好的漿液不得離析，泵送必須連續(xù)。每加固1m土體摻入水泥量為70kg，單樁水泥用量偏差不大于5%。
3. 攪拌頭上提噴漿時(shí)的提升速度為0.5~0.8m/min，噴漿壓力為0.4~0.6MPa。
4. 測(cè)放樁位按設(shè)計(jì)要求進(jìn)行，在確定孔位時(shí)，需經(jīng)復(fù)核確認(rèn)后方可進(jìn)入下一施工工序，為保證樁位的準(zhǔn)確性，樁位必須打入木樁或插入竹片作為樁位標(biāo)記。
5. 下鉆桿時(shí)，先使樁機(jī)安置在標(biāo)定的孔位上，使鉆頭中心對(duì)準(zhǔn)孔中心，桿位偏差在±5cm以內(nèi)，調(diào)整樁機(jī)水平度及垂直度，保證孔斜率不大于1.0%，終孔后校正鉆具，樁徑偏差不得大于4%。
6. 下鉆桿攪拌前要通過地面試噴清水，檢查灌漿設(shè)備和管路系統(tǒng)、設(shè)備的壓力和排量必須滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求；管路系統(tǒng)的密封圈必須良好，各通道和噴嘴內(nèi)不得有雜物。
7. 根據(jù)施工設(shè)計(jì)控制攪拌技術(shù)參數(shù)，注意漿液流量，自上而下攪拌，自下而上噴漿攪拌。當(dāng)土層較硬時(shí)，可適當(dāng)提高水泥漿水灰比。
8. 施工人員必須認(rèn)真檢查水泥漿的水灰比和流量，灌漿泵壓力和攪拌桿的提升速度，回轉(zhuǎn)速度等施工參數(shù)是否符合要求，并及時(shí)作好施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)記錄。另在攪拌過程中，應(yīng)控制鉆桿的進(jìn)入深度。
9. 單樁開鉆后應(yīng)連續(xù)施工，嚴(yán)格控制起噴和停噴高程，不得間斷。如遇停機(jī)或機(jī)械故障停噴，應(yīng)及時(shí)記錄中斷高程，待恢復(fù)正常后立即復(fù)攪，復(fù)攪重疊長(zhǎng)度不小于1m。如中斷時(shí)間超過12小時(shí)，應(yīng)采取補(bǔ)樁措施。
