1、鋼筋的存放
鋼筋必須按照不同的等級、牌號、規格分批堆放，不得混雜，并且設立識別標志。鋼筋在存放過程中，應避免銹蝕和污染，鋼筋露天堆放時，應墊高并加覆蓋。
2、鋼筋籠制作前質量檢驗
（1）鋼筋進場后，應做拉伸（抗拉強度、屈服點、伸長率）和冷彎試驗。
（2）鋼筋在加工之前，表面必須潔凈、無油漬、漆污、水泥漿、鐵銹等。
（3）鋼筋應平直，無局部彎曲。
（4）加工后的鋼筋，表面不應有削弱鋼筋截面的傷痕。
（5）成盤的鋼筋和彎曲的鋼筋必須調直。用冷拉法矯直鋼筋時，I級鋼筋的冷拉率不大于2％，II級鋼筋的冷拉率不大于1％。
3、鋼筋籠制作要求
（1）鋼筋焊接前，必須首先做鋼筋焊接試驗，合格后方可正式施焊，焊工必須持證上崗施工。
（2）設置鋼筋籠加工制作的工作平臺，加工場地和制作平臺必須平整。制作一圓形的加強筋作業盤，統一制作鋼筋籠的加強箍筋，保證鋼筋籠圓形一致。
（3）鋼筋籠根據設計長度分節制作安裝，根據鋼筋

3, steel cage production requirements
