 沖樁班技術交底內容:
    1.樁架上的機長和成員應持證上崗。
    2.樁架人員每天交班都要交底，將上一個臺班沖孔記錄交代清楚。
    3.在成孔過程中，如發現偏孔應及時采取糾偏措施。當進巖時，應做好取樣、分類、記錄等工作。
    4.鋼筋籠入槽前，必須對槽底泥漿和沉淀物進行置換和清除。置換量不小于該槽段總體積的1/3置換和清除必須采用底部抽吸，頂部補漿方法。使底部泥漿比不大于1.3。沉淀淤積物(沉渣）厚度不得超過規范要求。
    5.鋼筋籠的構造應有利于入槽后的準確就位和固定。吊運過程中、不應產生不可恢復的變形，不得強行入槽。鋼筋籠應在泥漿置換合格后及時入槽后至澆筑砼時的總停置時間不宜超過6小時。澆筑砼時應防止鋼筋籠上浮。
    6.砼應采用導管法澆筑，導管按需要長度拼接。導管距槽段端部不宜大于2m；砼的澆筑速度不宜小于每小時上升3~4m，導管插入砼內的深度宜為2~4m，鑿去浮漿層后的墻頂標高應符合設計要求。
    7.槽段接縫處已澆筑的砼表面，必須用專門工具在鋼筋籠入槽前進行清刷，分段縫施工時不得破壞已澆筑的相鄰段的砼。
