路緣石安裝技術交底記錄.doc

交底內容：
根據山東省交通運輸學校道路工程指揮部精神，結合施工規(guī)范的要求，現對路緣石施工要求如下：
1、路緣石尺寸為40cm×15cm，不定尺長為80cm~110cm，內側上面設斜面長2.5cm的抹角，加工方法鋸解，材質為花崗巖，顏色與指揮部樣品一致。
2、路緣石安裝接縫1cm，底部2cm坐漿，砂漿配比為1:2，路緣石外露高度18cm。
3、路緣石安裝穩(wěn)固，頂面平整，縫寬均勻，勾縫密實，線條直順，曲線圓滑美觀。
4、勾縫密實均勻，無雜物污染，
5、后背填料采用2:8灰土回填，灰土寬度25cm，高度30cm，必須夯打密實。
6、路緣石在正式大規(guī)模施工前現按要求作40～50m試驗段，試驗段經監(jiān)理及有關單位對材質、顏色、安裝誤差等驗收合格后，方可進行大面積施工。
7、先施工快車道與花壇之間的路緣石，該段路緣石必須在8月18日前竣工。
8、路緣石直順度不得大于15mm，相鄰兩塊高差不大于2mm，相鄰兩塊縫寬±3mm，頂面高程±10mm。
