一、施工組織設計文件內容：
    本施工組織設計共六章：第一章工程概述；第二章組織機構；第三章施工總平面布置及臨時工程；第四章施工方案、施工方法；第五章施工進度計劃；第六章工期、質量、安全、文明環保目標及保證體系。
二、下面就各章有關的主要內容作一介紹，著重介紹施工方案方法和施工進度計劃，以及完成計劃目標的技術、質量、安全方面的主要事項。
（一）第一章：工程概況
1、工程規模：線路全長3570.48米，里程為K4+500~K8+070.48。還有3#、4#、5#橋預應力砼小箱梁橋3座以及雨水、污水管道3條。
2、工程工期：擬定2003年11月11日開工，工期9個月。
3、工程質量；質量目標為廣州市優良樣板工程。
4、路基：主要為填方路基。軟土處理完畢后吹填砂填筑路基，并采用粘土包邊植草，堆載預壓。路基防護分一般路段穿越水塘路段防護。軟土路基處理，采用塑料排水板排水固結和深層攪拌樁復合地基。
5、橋梁工程：3座為1~3跨預應力含簡支小箱梁橋，單跨長25米，雙柱式橋墩，輕型埋置式或U型橋臺，樁基支承于微
