一、施工準備
1、明挖管道鋪設接口強度達到設計強度80%；
2、選定好砂、石子、水泥、磚、鋼筋等原材料，送樣到試驗室作原材料試驗，依據圖
紙要求進行試配，現場按照試驗室提供的配合比根據現場砂石含水量確定施工配合比。
二、施工方法
（一）、檢查井砌筑
1、井底基礎與管道基礎同時澆筑。
2、流槽一定與檢查井壁同時砌筑。表面用砂漿分層壓實抹光，流槽與上下游管道接順，
管內底高程符合混凝土管道基礎及安裝的允許偏差。
3、砌筑井室，用水沖凈基礎后，先鋪一層砂漿，再壓磚砌筑，做到滿鋪滿擠，磚與磚
間灰縫保持1cm。
4、與檢查井連接的所有管道端頭，要經過鑿毛處理并要清理干凈，保證管道與檢查井
井壁結合牢固。
5、砂漿拌和均勻，保證砌筑磚含水量為10～15%，砌體不得有豎向通縫，必須為上、
下錯縫，內外搭接。如井身不能一次砌完，在二次接高時，將原磚面上的泥土雜物清理干凈，
然后用水清洗磚面并浸透。
6、磚砌圓形檢查井時，隨時檢測直徑尺寸，當需要收口時，如為四面收進，則每次收
進不大于30mm；如為三面收進，則每次收進不大于50mm。砌筑檢查井的內壁應用原漿勾
縫，有抹面要求時，內壁抹面應分層壓實，外壁用砂漿搓縫并嚴實。
7、檢查井接入圓管的管口應與井內壁平齊，當接入管徑大于300mm 時，砌磚圈加固。
管子穿越井室壁或井底，留有30～50mm 的環縫，用油麻-水泥砂漿，油麻-石棉水泥或粘土
填塞并搗實。
8、砌筑井內踏步時，隨砌隨安，位置正確。踏步安裝后，在砌筑砂漿或混凝土未達到
