級配碎石底基層施工技術交底記錄.doc

交底內容：
1、在鋪筑級配碎石底基層（墊層）前，應從填筑好的路基上將所有浮土、雜物清除干凈，并嚴格整形和壓實使其符合設計圖紙要求。
2、路床表面上的車轍或松軟部分和壓實不足的地方以及任何不符合規定要求的表面都應翻松、清除或摻填同類材料重新進行整修碾壓，使其達到本標段技術規范的相關技術要求。
3、 施工前對路基進行復驗，同時保證路基排水設施的完好。
4、 恢復中線測量：直線段每20～25m設一樁，平曲線每10～15m設一樁。
5、碾壓：采用12T以上壓路機碾壓，碾壓方向均應與中心平行，其碾壓順序一般是:直線段由邊到中，超高段由內側向外側，依次連續均勻進行碾壓。碾壓時，后輪重疊1/2輪寬，使每個攤鋪碾壓層整個厚度和寬度完全均勻地壓實到規定的壓實度為止。壓實后表面平整、無輪跡或隆起，并有正確的斷面和適當的路拱。壓實機碾壓速度的控制，頭兩遍以采用1.5～1.7Km/h為宜，以后用2.0～2.5Km/h。壓路機壓不到的地方，用機夯實直到達到規定的密實度為止。
7、碾壓后墊層表面應平整、堅實、無粗細料局部集中現象，碾壓輪跡深度不得大于5mm。否則已施工的碎石墊層需再次碾壓到設計要求為止。
