一、準備工作
1、回填前預制管節現場鋪設管的現澆混凝土基礎強度、接口抹帶或預制構件現場裝
配的接縫水泥砂漿強度不小于5N/mm2。現場澆筑混凝土的強度達到設計規定。
2、回填前將槽底雜物（磚石、木塊草包、模板及支撐設備等）清理干凈,保證溝槽內
沒有積水。
3、經監理工程師驗管合格后進行。
二、回填材料
回填材料采用經試驗檢驗合格的灰土、砂、砂礫。要求砂石級配良好，不含植物殘體、
垃圾等雜物。礫石粒徑約在0.5mm～30mm 之間，灰土配比按監理指示執行。
三、回填方法
1、回填順序：還土時按基底排水方向由高至低分層進行，同時管腔兩側應同時進行。
2、填土要求：槽底至管頂以上0.5m 范圍內及在抹帶接口處、防腐絕緣層或電纜周圍，
采用砂礫石回填；保證回填土的含水量，按土類和采用的壓實工具控制在最佳含水量附近；
需要拌和的回填材料，應在運入槽內前拌和均勻，不得在槽內拌和。
3、填土方法：管道兩側溝槽底至管頂以上50cm 的范圍內還土，由溝槽兩側對稱進
行采用人工還土，不得直接扔在管道上；超過管頂50cm 以上時再采用機械還土。還土時
采用分層鋪設夯實，層厚25cm，采用人工攤平。
4、夯實方法：管道兩側溝槽底至管頂以上50cm 的范圍內采用人工夯實，超過管頂
50cm 以上采用蛙式打夯機夯實，砂、砂礫回填分層灌水、用插入式振動器振動，以達到設
計的壓實度要求�；靥顗簩嵵饘舆M行，且不得損傷管道。管道兩側和管頂以上50cm 范圍
