沖樁班防止偏孔質量技術交底內容:
    根據造成偏孔的原因，在施工過程中采取以下防止措施：
    1、根據甲方所提供的地質資料和相鄰的槽孔的地質情況，及時予知進入巖層的深度、夾層情況以及巖面的坡度，以便采取相應的措施；
    2、保證樁架擺放準確，使錘心正對槽段中心線；加固樁架，減少沖錘過程中樁架的晃動；
    3、沖錘的直徑控制在80-82CM之內，經常檢查錘牙的磨損程度，及時修補或更換；
    4、沖孔過程中，提錘的高度控制2.5M之內，沖錘撞擊巖面時，保證鋼絲繩仍受拉力，以保持沖錘的豎直；
    5、及時換漿，保持一定的泥漿濃度，防止粘錘；
    6、沖孔至巖土分解面時，低錘密擊，直至進入巖層內部；
     7、加強觀察，發現偏孔及時采取措施予以糾正。
