沖樁班防止偏孔質量技術交底內容:
根據造成偏孔的原因,在施工過程中采取以下防止措施:
1、根據甲方所提供的地質資料和相鄰的槽孔的地質情況,及時予知進入巖層的深度、夾層情況以及巖面的坡度,以便采取相應的措施;
2、保證樁架擺放準確,使錘心正對槽段中心線;加固樁架,減少沖錘過程中樁架的晃動;
3、沖錘的直徑控制在80-82CM之內,經常檢查錘牙的磨損程度,及時修補或更換;
4、沖孔過程中,提錘的高度控制2.5M之內,沖錘撞擊巖面時,保證鋼絲繩仍受拉力,以保持沖錘的豎直;
5、及時換漿,保持一定的泥漿濃度,防止粘錘;
6、沖孔至巖土分解面時,低錘密擊,直至進入巖層內部;
7、加強觀察,發現偏孔及時采取措施予以糾正。
