人行道磚鋪砌技術交底.doc

交底內容：
1、 本工程人行道按照路面結構圖（圖號DL-6-02、DL-6-05、DL-6-06等）進行施工。
2、 人行道磚的顏色及鋪砌樣式應事先取得甲方單位的認可。
3、 人行道墊層采用6%水泥穩定石屑厚15cm，人行道磚使用的材料是：水泥混凝土機壓彩色通透聯體磚，規格為25×12.5×5cm。
4、 測量放線：
利用側石為邊線，放出中線；并約隔5m左右測放水平樁，以控制方向及高程。桉標高及中、邊線縱橫掛線，以掛線為依據鋪砌。
5、 鋪砌人行道磚時，先鋪一層2cm厚的1：3水泥砂漿臥底層進行調平，再進行鋪砌預制塊彩磚。
預制塊鋪好后，用水泥砂漿填灌板縫，并用灰匙搗插板縫
