無循環旋挖鉆機的成樁工藝
摘要：無循環旋挖鉆機成孔法是一種快速高效的成孔方法，采用靜態泥漿護壁，鉆斗旋轉直接將砂土從孔內挖出，具有成孔速度快、質量高、少污染等特點，一期工程B、C標段部分區間橋梁樁基礎使用這種成孔工藝，有效地縮短了基礎施工時間，取得了比較好的效果。

無循環旋挖鉆機成孔法是利用鉆桿和鉆斗的旋轉及自身重力使砂、土進入鉆斗提出，經過多次反復而成孔。成孔方式有全套管跟進和穩定液保護孔壁的無套管鉆孔二種，無循環旋挖鉆機成孔適用于填土層、粘土層、粉土層、淤泥層、砂土層及含部分卵石、礫石地層。
無循環旋挖鉆機主要是由日本、德國、意大利等國的廠家生產，其中意大利SOILMEC公司生產的R-12型鉆機，從2001年6月至8月間，在武漢軌道交通一號線一期工程B、C標段橋口路至崇仁路、游藝路至民意四路地段區間橋梁樁基施工中取得了良好的效果。
