1.1.1.編制依據(jù)
(1)《錦屏水電站九龍河口～錦屏一級壩區(qū)輔助道路改建工程（第四標(biāo)）招標(biāo)文件》。
(2)招標(biāo)文件提供的設(shè)計(jì)圖紙、工程量清單等有關(guān)資料。
(3)國家及行業(yè)現(xiàn)行設(shè)計(jì)、施工規(guī)范、驗(yàn)收標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及有關(guān)文件。
(4)招標(biāo)期間招標(biāo)單位與投標(biāo)單位所有來往的函件及補(bǔ)遺資料。
(5)我公司對施工現(xiàn)場的實(shí)地勘察、調(diào)查資料。
(6)我公司積累的成熟技術(shù)、科技成果、施工工藝方法及同類工程的施工經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
(7)我公司可調(diào)用到本標(biāo)段工程的各類資源。
1.1.2.編制范圍
錦屏水電站九龍河口～錦屏一級壩區(qū)輔助道路改建工程（第四標(biāo)）招標(biāo)文件所規(guī)定的全部工程內(nèi)容，包括：土石方工程、路面、橋梁、隧道、排水及涵洞、防護(hù)工程等。

本投標(biāo)文件施工組織設(shè)計(jì)遵循的主要規(guī)范、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（包括但不限于）見表1-1-1。
