第一章  編制說明

第一節  編制目的  
本施工組織設計編制目的是為鏡湖新區南四路建設工程Ⅱ標段工程投標階段提供較為完整的綱領性文件，中標后，我們將在此基礎上編制可操作的施工組織設計，以其用來指導工程施工與管理，確保優質、高效、安全文明地完成工程施工任務。 
第二節  編制說明   
1、紹興市作為一個歷史文化名城，又是一個著名的優秀旅游區，也是長江經濟三角洲的一顆耀眼的明珠，不管在經濟和文化上都有著自己深厚的基礎和強勁的發展勢頭，各項基礎設施已日臻完善。擬建的南四路作為紹興大城市中袍江組團與城市綠心相連接的一條主要道路，它的建設必將對進一步完善城市路網框架，加強袍江組團與城市綠心聯系，改善沿線居民的生活及出行條件，促進道路兩側地塊升值有較大的作用，同時對推進紹興城市劃建設進程，促進大城市與鏡湖新區的建設，改善城市環境，提高城市品位都將起到重要的作用。
