天津開發區泰達大街人行天橋工程技術文件
1、 工程概況：
1.1、工程簡述
泰達大街位于開發區中心區域金融區泰豐公園附近，跨越泰達大街，是天津市開發區又一使用價值與景觀效果并重的人行天橋。
泰達天橋與下穿泰達大街基本正交，根據甲方要求人行天橋必須一跨跨越泰達
大街90規劃紅線，考慮到橋墩寬度尺寸，選定跨徑為92.5m，橋面全寬6.5m，
橋面凈寬4m。橋梁主體為鋼結構單斜塔、主受力后背索、左右穩定索和橋面空
間斜拉索聯系組成空間受力體系，塔與梁體結構分離（指通過柔性的斜拉索聯
系）。橋梁兩側各設置凈寬2.4m人行梯道2座、電梯1座。
1.2、自然、氣候條件
1）氣候：天津市屬于暖帶半濕潤季風氣候，位于大陸性與海洋性氣候的過渡帶上，四季分明。冬季受蒙古冷高氣壓控制，盛行西北風；夏季受太平洋副熱帶高氣壓左右，多為偏南風。氣候特點是：春季干旱多風，冷暖多變；夏季溫高濕重，雨熱共濟；秋天天高云淡，風和日麗；冬季寒冷干燥，雨雪稀少。
2）氣溫：年平均氣溫11.1~12.3℃，七月平均氣溫26℃以上，一月平均氣溫-4℃以下，極端最高溫40.3℃，極端最低氣溫-21℃
3）降水量：年平均降水量550~680mm，一日最大暴雨量304.4mm，每年6~9月為汛期，平均雨日34天左右，占全年總降水量的73%以上，冬季雨雪量只占全年總降水量的1%~3%。
4）冰凍：標準凍土深度0.6m左右。
5）風：年平均風速2~5m/s，最大風速22m/s，瞬間風速大于等于17m/s，年平均日數為31~53天。
6）濕度：7，8月份平均值可達80%，2~4月份最低值為0。

本場地埋深60.30m深度范圍內，地基土按成因年代可分為以下7層，按力學性能可分為11個亞層，自上而下為

1.1, Project Description

1.2, natural and climatic conditions
1) Climate: Tianjin is warm with a humid monsoon climate, continental and maritime climate in the transition zone, the four distinct seasons. Cold winter by the Mongolian high-pressure control, the prevailing northwest wind; summer by the Pacific subtropical high pressure around, mostly for southerly winds.
