天津港南疆公路橋工程位于海河入海口處，在現狀南疆公路大橋的北側，兩橋間距5米。復線橋橋長1209.46米，橋梁面積為3.2萬平米。主要包括橋梁工程、道路工程、交通工程、照明工程。
1.1、工程簡述
1.1.1、橋梁工程
南疆復線公路橋位于渤海西岸海河入海口，現狀南疆公路大橋和南疆鐵路
大橋的北側，西端與津沽一線跨海濱大道立交相接，東端與南疆港區內主干道南港路相接。該大橋和現狀南疆公路大橋是車輛進出南疆港區的重要公路通道。橋梁面積為3.2萬平米，其中主橋面積為7663.8平米，引橋面積為24386.89平米。

 主要材料規格
a、混凝土材料：
1）預應力混凝土連續箱梁：C50
2) 普通鋼筋混凝土墩柱：C35（標高在6.5米～-7米之間的墩柱需達F350）
3) 護欄地袱、橋面防水混凝土：C30
4) 鉆孔灌注樁、承臺：C35（且滿足F350）
5) 橋臺臺身、橋頭搭板：C30
6) 承臺下混凝土墊層：C10
b、預應力鋼筋：
1）、鋼絞線：主橋及引橋所用鋼絞線均采用ФS15.
