第一章    施工組織設計綜合說明

本施工組織設計是在認真閱讀了本工程的招標文件、招標圖紙和勘踏現場的基礎上編制的，工期、質量、安全和文明施工的目標的措施，進場機械設備、人員配備等均考慮了本公司的實際能力而鄭重承諾的，現將編制說明分別表述如下：
一、工程概況
本工程位于廣饒縣經濟開發區，該工程為山東金嶺化學有限公司有機硅項目廠區道路工程。工程量9米寬：817米（做法：1、素土夯實；2、3：7灰土500厚；3、C30砼250厚），8米寬：151米（做法：1、素土夯實；2、3：7灰土500厚；3、C30砼250厚），6米寬：2077米（做法：1、素土夯實；2、3：7灰土300厚；3、C30砼200厚）。
二、工期目標
招標文件要求工期為60日歷天。我公司將在接到中標通知書后，立即進行施工準備，按業主要求準備工程開工。為了響應招標文件的要約，我公司認真研究了工程情況，并仔細地踏勘現場，討論確定了切實可行的施工方案，采用專業流水線施工與平行施工相結合的方式進行組織。按照所編制的施工進度計劃留有一定的余地，以備在工程實施時，碰到局部有難度時，我公司將通過優化施工網絡計劃，采取必要的措施，調整局部工期和增加設備及施工力量，積極配合建設單位一起分憂解難，在總工期不延期的前提下，全面規劃、統籌兼顧、見縫插針地安排好各項施工任務，確保總工期不延期。為響應招標文件的要約，我公司承諾：本工程施工工期確定為60日歷天。
三、工程質量目標
本工程質量標準為“合格”。
公司貫徹執行“ISO9001：2000”質量標準，為力爭該工程創建優良工程提供了保證，因此，除了施工組織設計中制定切實可行的質量管理和技術措施外，本公司還將定期對進場施工人員組織有關施工
