施工組織設(shè)計(jì)建議書(shū)
為圓滿完成丹東至莊河高速公路第六合同段路基土石方工程，根據(jù)施工招標(biāo)文件，在認(rèn)真閱讀和充分理解設(shè)計(jì)意圖及對(duì)施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)作詳細(xì)調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上，并結(jié)合我公司的施工經(jīng)驗(yàn)，以信守合同、確保工期和質(zhì)量、合理控制工程造價(jià)、優(yōu)質(zhì)高效文明施工為指導(dǎo)思想，編制本工程施工組織設(shè)計(jì)建議書(shū)。
在編制過(guò)程中，我們立足于專(zhuān)業(yè)化、機(jī)械化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化施工，重點(diǎn)工序重點(diǎn)安排，特殊部位特殊考慮，并結(jié)合工期和工程實(shí)際進(jìn)行統(tǒng)籌，盡量做到現(xiàn)場(chǎng)布置合理，方案切合實(shí)際，施工組織科學(xué)，以便為優(yōu)質(zhì)高效安全的完成該工程奠定基礎(chǔ)。
一、 編制依據(jù)、范圍和原則
        1、編制依據(jù)：
（1）丹東至莊河高速公路第六合同段招標(biāo)文件及修改補(bǔ)遺書(shū)；              
（2）2003年5月11日的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)考察資料和標(biāo)前會(huì)議及澄清文件；             
（3）招標(biāo)文件規(guī)定的相關(guān)施工技術(shù)規(guī)范；
     （4）我單位擁有的機(jī)械設(shè)備狀況、技術(shù)力量、施工能力、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)際情況和我單位類(lèi)似工程的施工經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
        2、編制范圍：
    丹東至莊河高速公路第六合同段所界定的工程，里程樁號(hào)為k56+000~k67+000，全長(zhǎng)11.00公里。
       3、編制原則：
         （1）遵照施工圖紙、技術(shù)規(guī)范、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)際情況、我單位實(shí)際情況和業(yè)主要求；
         （2）做到統(tǒng)籌安排，科學(xué)合理的安排施工進(jìn)度計(jì)劃，組織均衡生產(chǎn)和工序銜接，做到緊張有序，確保工程質(zhì)量，盡量縮短工期；
         （3）采用先進(jìn)的施工技術(shù)和設(shè)備，提高機(jī)械化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化施工作業(yè)水平。
         （4）采用項(xiàng)目法施工，推行全面質(zhì)量管理，達(dá)到安全、文明、高效。
二、工程概況

Construction organization design proposals
For the successful completion of the sixth contract Dandong to Zhuanghe Expressway Subgrade earthwork, according to the construction tender documents, carefully read and fully understand the design intent and detailed investigation on the construction site based on the combined company's construction experience, to abide by the contract, to ensure the duration and quality, and reasonable control of project cost, quality and efficient construction of civilization as the guiding ideology, the preparation of the construction organization design proposals.
In the preparation process, we base ourselves on the specialized, mechanized, standardized construction, focus on processes to prioritize and special part of special consideration, and the combination of schedule and engineering, co-arranged the scene as far as possible a reasonable, realistic plan, the construction organization science, high quality and high security for the completion of the project foundation.

(2) May 11, 2003 site visit information and standard documents before the meeting and clarified;
(3) The tender document provides technical specifications related to construction;
     (4) I units of state-owned machinery and equipment, technology, construction capacity, field units of the actual situation and my experience in similar works.
        2, preparation of scope:
    Dandong to Zhuanghe Expressway as defined in paragraph VI of the contract works, mileage Stake for the k56 +000 ~ k67 +000, length 11.00 km.
       3, principle:
         (1) compliance with construction drawings, technical specifications, field situation, the actual situation and the owners of my unit requirements;
         (2) make overall arrangements, scientific and rational arrangement of construction schedule, organize balanced production and convergence, be orderly, ensure quality, try to shorten the construction period;
         (3) the use of advanced construction technology and equipment, increased mechanization, standardization of the level of construction operations.
