第一節     編制說明

根據安徽新禧房地產開發有限公司對合肥市馬鞍山南路（東流路~屯溪路）工程的招標文件和設計圖紙的所列要求，我方經過認真閱讀、研究，仔細考察工程施工現場和交通狀況，組織了擬任項目經理及主要項目技術、管理人員進行分析，編制本工程的施工組織設計。在編制過程中，充分考慮了各關鍵重點工序間的銜接與協調和工期緊的特點。在嚴格遵守有關技術規范的前提下，按照市政道路、排水工程的施工與組織管理程序，結合我公司多年的施工經驗和目前的施工技術，編制本工程的施工組織設計。
    一、編制依據
1、由安徽新禧房地產開發有限公司提供的合肥市馬鞍山南路（東流路~屯溪路）工程的招標文件、招標補充文件。
2、由合肥市建筑設計研究院設計提供的馬鞍山南路（東流路~屯溪路）工程的施工設計圖。
3、由合肥市勘察院勘測提供的馬鞍山南路（東流路~屯溪路）工程地質勘察報告。
4、工程現場踏勘及業主介紹的情況。
5、市政工程有關施工驗收標準（CJJ1—90、CJJ3--90）及給排水管道工程施工驗收規范（GB50268-97）。
6、本公司近年來已承建過類似工程的施工經驗。
7、本公司ISO9002質量體系系列文件。
    二、編制原則
1、遵照招標文件中的各項條款要求進行編制。
2、按“項目法”的施工原則進行管理和施工，嚴格執行有關的施工規范和驗收標準,  按圖施工。
3、制定創優目標，嚴格執行各項施工保證
