二．工程概況
1.概述
國(guó)道206線高速公路工程項(xiàng)目煙臺(tái)至黃山館段，起自煙臺(tái)市福山區(qū)古現(xiàn)鎮(zhèn)，與煙臺(tái)繞城高速公路相接于與古現(xiàn)鎮(zhèn)鄭家莊東南的八角互通立交，經(jīng)蓬萊市、龍口市，終止于招遠(yuǎn)市張星鎮(zhèn)的槐樹(shù)莊附近的黃招公路西，全線共跨越4 個(gè)市區(qū)、13個(gè)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)，線長(zhǎng)77.500公里。該段是山東省“三縱、三橫、一環(huán)”公路網(wǎng)主框架規(guī)劃中“一環(huán)”的重要組成部分，本項(xiàng)目的建成，對(duì)“一環(huán)”公路整體規(guī)模效益的盡早發(fā)揮具有重要作用。
本合同段起止樁號(hào)為K0＋000-K9+727全長(zhǎng)9.727KM，計(jì)算行車(chē)速度120KM/h，路基寬度28.0m,設(shè)計(jì)荷載汽車(chē)-超20級(jí)，掛車(chē)－120級(jí)，抗震烈度為VII度。合同價(jià)格為RMB198908728元。
  2.地形、地質(zhì)、氣候狀況
 本工程地貌為低山丘陵區(qū)，路線所經(jīng)區(qū)域地形起伏變化大，溝谷發(fā)育，沖積平原區(qū)內(nèi)地形平緩，河流較為發(fā)育。
沿線地層巖主要為巖漿巖、變質(zhì)巖及小范圍的沉積巖，第四系覆蓋層較薄，在河流沖積平原內(nèi)第四系覆蓋層稍厚，以低液限粘土及砂土為主。
路線所經(jīng)地區(qū)屬東部濕潤(rùn)季凍區(qū)，山東丘陵副區(qū)，四季分明，春季多風(fēng)少雨，常有倒春寒等凍害，蒸發(fā)量大。夏季濕熱多雨，雨量集中，秋季秋高氣爽，偶有秋旱或秋澇。冬季寒冷，雨雪稀少，無(wú)嚴(yán)
