公路工程施工準備
一、施工現場準備
施工單位接到中標通知書后，在與業主簽訂合同的同時，開始施工現場準備工作，施工現場準備工作應做好以下幾項工作：
（一）復查和了解現場
復查和了解現場的地形、地質、文化、氣象、水源、電源、料源或料場、交通運輸、通信聯絡以及城鎮建設規劃、農田水利設施、環境保護等有關情況。
對于擴（改）建工程，應將擬保留的原有通信、供電、供水、供暖、供油、排水溝管等地下設施復查清楚，在施工中要采取保護措施，防止損壞。
（二）確定工程用地范圍。施工單位應根據施工圖紙和施工臨時需要確定工程用地范圍，及在此范圍內有多少土地，哪些是永久占地、哪些是臨時占地，并與地方有關人員到現場一一核實（是荒地或是良田、果園等）、繪出地界、設立標志。
（三）清除現場障礙。施工現場范圍內的障礙如建筑物、墳墓、暗穴、水井、各種管線、道路、灌溉渠道、民房等必須拆除或改建，以利施工的全面展開。
（四）辦妥有關手續。上述占地、移民和障礙物的拆遷等都必須事先與有關部門協商，辦妥一切手續后方可進行。
（五）作好現場規劃。施工單位按照施工總平面圖搭設工棚、倉庫、加工廠和預制廠；安裝供水管線、架設供電和通信線路；設置料場、車場、攪拌站；修筑臨時道路和臨時排水設施等。在有洪水威脅的地區，防洪設施應在汛期前完成。
（六）道路安全暢通。道路施工需要許多大型的車輛機械和設備，原有道路及橋涵能否承受此種重載，需要進行調查、驗算，不合要求的應作加寬或加固處理，保證道路安全暢通。
二、勞力、機具設備和材料準備
    （一）勞力
道路施工需要大量勞動力，而且時間相對集中，因此，開工前落實勞動力來源，按計劃適時組織進（退¬）場，是順利開展施工、按期完成任務、避免停工或窩工浪費的重要條件之一。
目前公路工程施工勞力多為民工，組織民工隊伍時做好以下工作：
（1）要注重素質。民工素質直接影響工程質量，民工隊伍素質審查要嚴把“四關”，即政治素質、道德紀律、身體條件和技術水平四個方面。
