第一章 編制依據及說明
本施工組織設計依據長春龍家堡機場飛行區場道工程招標文件、圖紙、答疑及補充答疑、《民航機場場道工程施工技術要求》、《公路路面基層施工技術規范》(JTJ034-2000)、《民用機場飛行區工程竣工驗收質量檢驗評定標準》(MH5007-2000)、現場踏勘情況、我單位的類似工程施工經驗和施工能力編制。
在編制本施工組織設計過程中,我們立足于專業化、機械化、標準化施工,重點工程重點安排,盡量做到方案切實可行、經濟合理,精心組織施工,向業主交一個優良工程。
第二章 工程概況與特點
一、機場位置
長春市和吉林市同處東北松遼平原腹部,為吉林省的兩大中心城市。長春龍家堡機場位于長春市東北、九臺市放牛溝鄉與龍家堡鄉的交匯處,分別距長春、吉林兩市市中心31.2和76公里。機場參考點(近期2800m北跑道中心點)大地坐標為東經125041'1"、北緯43059'49.7"。跑道磁方位為590~2390,磁差為9.50西。
二、工程、水文地質
場區屬新華夏構造體系的第二沉降帶之東南隆起的長春到九臺凸起,附近的斷裂無活動跡象,根據場址地震穩定性評價,場區基本裂度最多為Ⅶ度,比較穩定。
場區內地貌單元主要為I區波狀臺地和Ⅱ區飲馬河一級階地,其中臺地面積占90%,地勢總體向NE傾斜,坡度1%左右,地面高程介于187~223m之間;飲馬河一級階地分布在本區東端,比較平坦,微向河流方向傾斜,其階地后緣與臺地毗連。場區西南部存在兩處V形
Chapter Basis and Description

Chapter Project Overview and Features
