          1、 按照施工方案的要求作業(yè)。    
          2、 嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行安全生產(chǎn)、消防安全、文明施工、勞動職業(yè)健康的規(guī)章制度，以及安全施工管理的有關(guān)條例，嚴(yán)格遵守各項施工作業(yè)的安全操作規(guī)程。    
          3、 嚴(yán)格遵守安全勞動的規(guī)章制度，進入施工現(xiàn)場必須按規(guī)定正確戴好安全帽，高空作業(yè)必須穿戴安全帶，不得穿硬底鞋，施工作業(yè)應(yīng)按規(guī)定穿戴勞動安全防護用品。在施工區(qū)域不準(zhǔn)赤腳、赤膊，不準(zhǔn)穿拖鞋、涼鞋。    
          4、 施工現(xiàn)場臨時用電，必須按照《施工現(xiàn)場臨時用電安全技術(shù)規(guī)程》的要求進行三相五線配電，所有用電設(shè)備必須裝設(shè)漏電保護裝置，要實行“一機、一閘、一漏、一箱”，電器設(shè)備及電箱應(yīng)有防雨、防水措施，用電設(shè)備以及金屬外殼必須接有可靠牢固的接地或(接零)保護，防止人體觸電，用電安裝、接線及拆卸必須由持證電工實施。    
          5、 施工機械及施工機具，必須符合安全的要求，作業(yè)前應(yīng)檢查機械、機具的連接羅絲、接頭、滑輪、制動器、鋼絲繩及電氣等各部位是否正常、安全可靠方可使用，轉(zhuǎn)動及傳動部位應(yīng)有安全防護裝置，防止人體接觸。    
          6、 機架要保持平衡穩(wěn)定，防止傾翻，在松軟地面環(huán)境下施工時，要預(yù)防地面下沉，確保施工過程及移機行走的安全，機架起吊物件時下面及周邊禁止站人，嚴(yán)禁上下拋擲物件。
