1、鉆孔機(jī)械就位后，應(yīng)對(duì)鉆機(jī)及配套設(shè)備進(jìn)行全面檢查。鉆機(jī)安設(shè)必須平穩(wěn)、牢固；鉆架應(yīng)加設(shè)斜撐或纜風(fēng)繩。
2、沖擊鉆孔，選用的鉆錐、卷揚(yáng)機(jī)和鋼絲繩等，應(yīng)配置適當(dāng)，鋼絲繩與鉆錐用繩卡固接時(shí)，繩卡數(shù)量應(yīng)與鋼絲繩直徑相匹配。沖擊過程中，鋼絲繩的松弛度應(yīng)掌握適宜。
3、正、反循環(huán)鉆機(jī)及潛水鉆機(jī)使用的電纜線要定期檢查，接頭必須綁扎牢固，確保不透水、不漏電；對(duì)經(jīng)常處于水、泥漿浸泡處應(yīng)架空搭設(shè)。挪移鉆機(jī)時(shí)，不得擠壓電纜線及風(fēng)水管路。
4、潛水鉆機(jī)鉆孔時(shí)，一般在完成一根鉆孔樁時(shí)要檢查一次電機(jī)的封閉狀況。鉆進(jìn)速度應(yīng)根據(jù)地質(zhì)變化加以控制，以保證安全運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。
5、采用沖抓或沖擊鉆孔當(dāng)鉆頭提到接近護(hù)筒底緣時(shí)，應(yīng)減速、平穩(wěn)提升，不得碰撞護(hù)筒和鉤掛護(hù)筒底緣。
6、鉆孔使用的泥漿，宜設(shè)置泥漿循環(huán)凈化系統(tǒng)，并注意防止或減少環(huán)境污染。
7、鉆機(jī)停鉆，必須將鉆頭提出孔外，置于鉆架上，不得滯留孔內(nèi)。
8、對(duì)于已埋設(shè)護(hù)筒未開鉆或已成樁護(hù)筒尚未拔除的，應(yīng)加設(shè)護(hù)筒頂蓋或鋪設(shè)安全網(wǎng)遮罩。
