內(nèi)容摘要：
1、 操作前應(yīng)詳細檢查各部件，如有毛病應(yīng)先修理校正，并調(diào)整好床面與刨刃的距離，進行試刨，合格后才能進行操作。
2、 每次吃刀深度不宜超過3mm。
3、 操作時上下手應(yīng)站在機械側(cè)面，上手送料時，手要遠離滾筒。
4、 刨長料時，料要平直推進，不得歪斜，如走橫時，應(yīng)立即搬撥壓滾閘，將滾臺降落。
5、 如木料不走時，應(yīng)用其它材料推送，不能用手推送，如成批生產(chǎn)，應(yīng)連續(xù)送料。
6、 不同厚度的木料，嚴禁同時刨削，以免木料彈出傷人。
7、 應(yīng)嚴格按規(guī)定選用保險絲，嚴禁隨意改用代用品。
8、 木工機械必須實施二級漏電保護。
9、嚴禁操作人員在酒后進入施工現(xiàn)場作業(yè)。
10、每個工人進入施工現(xiàn)場都必須頭戴安全帽。
11、班組如果因勞力不足需要再招新工人時，應(yīng)事先向工地報告。
12、新工人進場后應(yīng)先經(jīng)過三級安全交底，并經(jīng)考試合格后方可讓其正式上崗。
13、新工人進場應(yīng)具有四證，即：職業(yè)資質(zhì)證、身份證、計劃生育證和外來人口暫住證。
