10、高層腳手架拆除，應沿建筑四周一步一步遞減。不允許二步同時拆除，或一前一后踏步式拆除，也不宜分立面拆除。如遇特殊情況，應有企業有關部門預先制定技術方案，經加固措施后，方可分立面拆除。
