預制安裝及跨路安全防護技術
摘 要  施工安全關系到每個建筑施工人員的生命財產安全，是橋梁施工中重中之重環節。箱梁安裝及跨路施工又是施工中存在安全隱患較多的地方，下面本文將結合工程實踐闡述在箱梁安裝以及跨路施工中一些安全防范措施。

一、 工程概況
工程1：無錫342省道7標跨錢威路工程一共有34孔，總長為1.03km。其中31孔為組合箱梁，預制梁共計270片跨徑30米的組合箱梁（自重115噸）；跨錢威路為3孔現澆連續箱梁。342-7標控制節點就是箱梁安裝和跨路現澆的施工
工程2：錫宜高速西九河大橋為38跨總長900多米，河寬500多米，主橋為5孔45米預制梁（自重145噸），引橋為20米標準空心先張板792片。 安全防護重點為45米梁的移運和吊裝
工程3：無錫惠山大道跨滬寧高速橋為35米組合箱梁（重120噸），引橋為先張25米空心板（重40噸）。 施工重要環節為跨路安全防護。
以上工程的安全防護重點是運梁和吊裝
