內(nèi)容摘要：
⒈進入現(xiàn)場必須遵守安全生產(chǎn)有關(guān)規(guī)定。
⒉挖土中發(fā)現(xiàn)管道、電纜及其它埋設(shè)物應(yīng)及時報告，不得擅自處理。
⒊挖土?xí)r要注意土壁的穩(wěn)定性，發(fā)現(xiàn)有裂縫及傾坍可能時，人員要立即離開并及時處理。
⒋人工挖土，前后操作人員間距離不應(yīng)小于2m，堆土在1m以外并且高度不得超過1.5m。
⒌每日須檢查土壁及支撐穩(wěn)定情況，不得將土和其它物件堆放在支撐上，不得行走支撐下。
⒍機械挖土，啟動前應(yīng)先檢查離合器，鋼絲繩等，經(jīng)空車試運轉(zhuǎn)正常后再開始作業(yè)。
⒎機械操作中進鏟不應(yīng)過深，提升不應(yīng)過猛。
⒏機械不得在輸電線路下工作，在輸電線路一側(cè)工作，不論在任何情況下，機械的任何部
位與架空輸電線路的距離應(yīng)符合安全操作規(guī)程要求。
⒐機械應(yīng)停在堅實的地基上，如基礎(chǔ)過差，應(yīng)采取走道板等加固措施，不得將挖土機履帶
至基坑邊距離2m內(nèi)停、駛；運土汽車不宜靠近基坑平行行駛，防止坍方翻車。
⒑電纜兩側(cè)一米范圍內(nèi)應(yīng)用人工挖掘。
⒒配合拉鏟的清坡、清底工人，不準在機械回轉(zhuǎn)半徑下工作。
⒓向汽車上卸土應(yīng)在車子停穩(wěn)定后進行，禁止鏟斗從汽車駕駛室上越過。
⒔基坑四周必須設(shè)置1.5m高護身欄桿，要設(shè)置一定數(shù)量的臨時上下基坑用的樓梯。
