土方開挖自卸汽車操作人員安全技術(shù)交底.doc

交底內(nèi)容：
1． 嚴格遵守《城市和公路交通管理規(guī)則》的有關(guān)規(guī)定。
2． 啟動前檢查工作裝置、行走機構(gòu)、各部分安全防護裝置、及電氣裝置等。
3． 行駛中，如發(fā)現(xiàn)有異響、發(fā)熱等異常情況，應(yīng)立即停車檢查，排除故障后方可繼續(xù)運行。
4． 自卸汽車應(yīng)保持系統(tǒng)完好、工作平穩(wěn)、操縱靈活，不得有卡阻現(xiàn)象。
5． 配合挖掘機作業(yè)時，自卸汽車就位后，接緊手制動器，在鏟斗必須越過駕駛室作業(yè)時，駕駛室內(nèi)不得有人停留。
6．卸料時，車廂上空和附近應(yīng)無阻礙物，向基坑卸料時，必須保持安全距離。
7． 卸料后，車廂必須及時復(fù)位，不得在傾卸情況下駕駛，嚴禁車廂內(nèi)載人。
8． 通過危險地區(qū)或狹窄地區(qū)，應(yīng)停車檢查，確認可以通過后，由專人指揮通過。
9． 車廂頂升后進行檢修等作業(yè)時，必須用支撐將車廂頂升牢固，方可以進入車廂下面工作。

9. Maintenance after the car jacking and other operations, must be firmly supported the car jacking, side work can enter the compartment below.
