土方開挖挖掘機操作人員安全技術交底.doc

交底內容：   1．啟動前檢查工作裝置、行走機構、各部分安全防護裝置、及電氣裝置等。
2．作業時挖掘機應保持水平位置，必須等機身停穩后再挖土，當鏟斗未離開工作面時，不得做回轉、行走等行動，回轉制動器，應使用回轉制動器，不得用離合器反轉制動。
3．裝車時，鏟斗盡量放底，不得碰撞汽車任何部位。
4．作業時，鏟斗升降不可過猛，下降時不得碰撞車架或履帶。
5．在作業或行走時，嚴禁靠近架空輸電線路。
6．操作人員離開駕駛室，無論時間長短。必須將鏟斗落地。
7．作業后挖掘機應停放在堅實、平坦、安全的地方。
