1、 室內滿堂腳手架搭設應嚴格按施工組織設計要求搭設。
2、 滿堂腳手架的縱、橫距不應大于2m。
3、 滿堂腳手架應設登高措施，保證操作人員上下安全。
4、 操作層應滿鋪竹笆，不得留有空洞。必須留空洞者，應設圍欄保護。
5、 大型條形內腳手架，操作步層兩側，應設防護欄桿保護。
6、 滿堂腳手架的步距，應控制在2m內，必須高于2m者，應有技術措施保護。
7、 滿堂腳手架的穩固，應采用斜桿（剪刀撐）保護。
8、 滿堂腳手架不準采用鋼、竹混搭。
9、嚴禁操作人員在酒后進入施工現場作業。
10、每個工人進入施工現場都必須頭戴安全帽。
11、班組如果因勞力不足需要再招新工人時，應事先向工地報告。
12、新工人進場后應先經過三級安全交底，并經考試合格后方可讓其正式上崗。
13、新工人進場應具有四證，即：職業資質證、身份證、計劃生育證和外來人口暫住證。
