交底內容    施工所用的各種機具設備和勞動保護用品，應定期進行檢查和必要的檢驗，保證其經常處于完好狀態；不合格的機具設備和勞動保護用品嚴禁使用。下挖工程，施工前應根據設計文件復查地下構造物（電纜、管道等）和埋置及走向，并采取防護措；施工中如發現有危險品及其它可疑物品時，應即停止下挖，報請有關部門處理。重要的安全設施必須執行與主體工程“三同時”的原則，即：同時設計、審批，同時施工，同時驗收，投入使用。
施工前準備
施工現場  施工現場應有利于生產，方便職工生活，符合防洪、防火等安全要求，具備文明生產、文明施工的條件 。施工現場的臨時設施，必須避開泥沼、懸崖、陡坡、泥石流、雪崩等危險區域，先在水文、地質良好的地段。施工現場內的各種運輸道路、生產生活房屋易燃易爆倉庫、材料堆放，以及動力通訊線路和其它臨時工程，應按照有關安全的規定制定出合理的平面布置圖。 施工現場的生活生產房屋、變電所、發電機房、臨時油庫等均應設在干燥地基上，并應符合防火、防洪、防風、防爆、防震的要求。施工現場應設置安全標志，并不得擅自拆除。施工現場內的溝、坑、水塘等邊緣應設安全護欄。場地狹小，行人運輸繁忙的路段應設專門人指揮交通。生產生活房屋應按防火規定保持必需的安全凈距，一般情況下活動板房不小于7m，鐵皮板房不小于5m，臨時的鍋爐房、發電機房、變電室、鐵工房、廚房等與其它房屋的間距不小于15m。
易燃易爆品倉庫、發電機房、變電所，應采取必要的安全防護措施，嚴禁用易燃材料修建。炸藥庫的設置應符合國家有關規定，工地的小型臨時油庫的設置應符合國家有關規定。工地的小型臨時油庫應遠離生活區50m以外，并外設圍欄。工地上較高的建（構）筑物、臨時設施及重要庫房，如炸藥庫、油庫、發（變）電房、塔架、龍門吊架等，均應加設避雷裝置。對環境有污染的設施和材料應設置在遠離人員居住的較為空曠的地點。污
