氣焊工操作安全技術交底.doc

1、氣焊工須持特種作業證上崗，作業證過期未年審的不準施焊作業。
2、施焊作業必須辦理動火審批手續。
3、施焊場地周圍應清除易燃易爆物品,或進行覆蓋、隔離，并在施焊部位配備滅火器材。
4、必須在易燃易爆氣體或液體擴散區施焊時，應經有關部門檢試許可后，方可施焊。
5、乙炔氣瓶必須裝減壓閥和防回火裝置，乙炔氣瓶和氧氣瓶之間距離不得小于5m，嚴禁平放，嚴禁曝曬，距易燃易爆物品和明火的距離不得少于10 m。檢驗是否漏氣，要用肥皂水，嚴禁用明火。
6、氧氣瓶、氧氣表及焊割工具上，嚴禁沾染油脂。
7、氣瓶的購、運、儲存和領用必須嚴格執行公安部門的有關規定。
8、點火時，焊槍口不準對人，正在燃燒的焊槍不得放在工件或地面上。帶有乙炔和氧氣時，不準放在金屬容器內，以防氣體逸出發生燃燒事故。
9、嚴禁在帶壓力的容器或管道上施焊，焊接帶電的設備必須先切斷電源。
10、焊接貯存過易燃、易爆、有毒物品的容器或管道，必須清除干凈，并將所有氣孔打開。
11、作業結束，應將氣瓶氣閥關好，擰上安全罩，檢查作業地點，確認無著火危險，方可離開。

6, oxygen bottles, oxygen forms and welding tools, oil contamination is strictly prohibited.
7, cylinders of purchase, transport, storage and requisitioned to strictly enforce the relevant provisions of the public security department.
8, ignition, the torch exit are not allowed on the people, shall not be placed on the burning torch on the workpiece or ground. With acetylene and oxygen, are not allowed on the metal containers to prevent escape of gas burning accident occurred.
9, is prohibited with the pressure applied on the container or pipe welding, welding equipment must be cut off electric power.
10, welding store had flammable, explosive, toxic substances in the container or pipe to be cleaned, and all the pores open.
11, the operating end of the cylinder valve should be better off, twist on the security cover, check work sites, confirmed no fire hazard, before leaving.
