 一、一般規(guī)定：
 ⒈工作臺、機(jī)械的設(shè)置，應(yīng)合理穩(wěn)固，工作地點(diǎn)和通道應(yīng)暢通，材料、半成品，堆放應(yīng)成堆成垛，不影響交通。
 ⒉操作木工機(jī)械不準(zhǔn)戴手套，以防將手套卷進(jìn)機(jī)械造成事故。
 ⒊木模車間內(nèi)的鋸屑刨花應(yīng)天天清理。在車間內(nèi)禁止吸煙動火。

 二、支模與拆模：
 ⒈使用木料支撐，材料應(yīng)剝皮，尖頭要鋸平，不得使用腐朽，扭裂的材料，不準(zhǔn)用彎曲大、尾徑小的雜料，層高在4m以內(nèi)頂撐尾徑不小于8cm，5m以內(nèi)不小于10cm，5m以上應(yīng)經(jīng)過設(shè)計(jì)。

 ⒉頂撐應(yīng)從離地面50cm高設(shè)第一道水平撐，以后每增加2m增設(shè)一道。水平撐應(yīng)縱橫向設(shè)置。
 ⒊頂撐接頭部位夾板不得小于三面，夾板不得小于50×8×2.5cm，相鄰接頭應(yīng)互相錯(cuò)開。
 ⒋支撐底端地面應(yīng)整平夯實(shí)，并加墊木，不得墊磚，調(diào)整高底的木楔要釘牢，木楔不宜墊得過高，（最好是2塊）。

 ⒌采用木桁架支模應(yīng)嚴(yán)格檢查，發(fā)現(xiàn)嚴(yán)重變形，螺栓松動等應(yīng)及時(shí)修復(fù)。
Woodworking Safety Technology Details

 I. General provisions:

 Second, support mold and form removal:
 ⒈ using wood supports, materials should be skinned, pointed to saw flat, not use rotten, twisted crack the material, not allowed to use the bending large diameter end of the small miscellaneous materials storey within the roof support at the end of 4m diameter not less than 8cm , 5m within not less than 10cm, 5m or more should be by design.

 ⒉ support from the top 50cm high from the ground level of support the first set, after an additional 1 for each additional 2m. To set the level of support should be vertical and horizontal.
 ⒊ top brace joints not less than three sides of plywood, plywood not less than 50 × 8 × 2.5cm, the adjacent joints should be staggered with each other.
 ⒋ support leveling the bottom of the ground should be compacted, and add skids, not mat tile, adjust the high end of the big wedge to be nailed, big wedge pad should not be too high, (preferably two).

 ⒌ with wood truss formwork should be strictly checked and found a serious distortion, loose bolts, etc. shall be repaired in time.
